Text Message Terms - Bianchini LLC

Who gets texts: people who work for Bianchini LLC businesses (OUR Kitchen | Bar | Events / Chill at the Cay, Cubanitas, Indulge) and use our staff apps It’s Earned, It’s Settled and It’s Handled.

How you sign up: you add your own mobile number in My login inside the app and check a box agreeing to texts. The box reads: “Yes, text me login codes and work alerts from Bianchini LLC (It’s Earned, It’s Settled, It’s Handled). How often varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Not required to use the app.” We then text a code to confirm the number. Nobody else can sign you up.

What we send: login codes, account security notices and work alerts (for example a member check-in or a shift change). No marketing. Message frequency varies.

Stop or get help: reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also turn texting off in My login, or email marc@getbianchini.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: we never sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
